fusion original saigon centre was an amazing experience! the location is perfect, right next to everything you need. our deluxe king room on the 22nd floor had stunning views. the breakfast menu was extensive, combining both vietnamese and western dishes, which my husband loved. the infinity pool was a great spot for relaxation, and the pantry on each floor with snacks was a delightful bonus.

The hotel's elegant design and luxurious amenities made for an
unforgettable experience. Located conveniently in the city center, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My only disappointment arose from the limited in-room dining options, but the overall experience was still exceptional.

The Premium Deluxe King room was super comfy, and we loved the pool, which was usually quiet and perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed lounging under the sun by the pool and took advantage of the sauna for a bit of pampering. The only downside was that the vibe felt a little too corporate at times. 😊

Incredible Stay with Exceptional Service!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful four-night stay! The rooms offered excellent sound insulation, making for peaceful evenings despite the city hustle. We loved the attentive staff, who checked in on us and graciously provided pool access after check-out. Don't miss the tropical fruits at breakfast!

missingWrote a review on 12 Augspacious roomample diningconfusing access
The Premium Deluxe King room featured a spacious layout and modern amenities, making it a comfortable retreat amidst the city's hustle. With direct access to the shopping center, dining options were plentiful, offering not just local cuisine but international flavors too.
Navigating to the hotel can get confusing, especially at night since there's limited access points—only one door open adds to the hassle. Sitting down for a drink was a letdown. the hotel lacks a bar, and the drink selection was minimal, which isn't ideal after a long day. Breakfast prices are a head-scratcher at $26 per person—too pricey when similar establishments offer it for free. Also, twice during breakfast, orders were mixed up, leading to frustrating delays.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for our stay with two teenagers. Breakfast offered a wide variety, catering to everyone's tastes, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable for the kids. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness truly enhanced our experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the noise between walls was noticeable at times, impacting the room's tranquility.

Yo, the breakfast here was a feast worth feasting on, with local goodies and international faves! Plus, the staff treated us like royalty, handling everything with flair—definitely a win in my book! Room was cozy and clean too.
On the flip side, I gotta say, breakfast could use a bit more creativity. Also, navigating in and out during the rain was a bit of a hassle—no direct access to the street.

positive experiences but room for improvement
The rooms offer a stunning city view which made our stay memorable. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, enhancing the overall experience.
The pool area could benefit from more attention as it often felt a bit deserted.

The lobby is kinda hidden on the first floor of a shopping mall. Our room was on the 8th floor, super secure with key access. Loved the air conditioning and the comfy bed. Shower had great water pressure, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Staff was always so helpful and friendly. The spa was a fantastic bonus too!
